Sonova Consumer Hearing UK acts as a Controller for the processing activities listed below.

Consumer Hearing UK processes your personal data, such as your email address, first name, last name, and country/region for the following purpose:

  1. To administer the initiative for the awarding of prizes to the winners, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

    To perform this purpose, the following personal data is required:

    • Name
    • Surname
    • Date of birth (required to assign you to the correct competition category)
    • Picture (required for authentication purposes)

    This activity is necessary to perform your request as part of the performance of the contract to participate in this raffle initiative for the awarding of prizes.


3. How we share your personal data

By using the above-mentioned service, your personal data may be shared on a limited basis with the following third-party service providers acting as our data processors:

  • Email / CRM Provider: Lingaro, used to store signup data and send waitlist notifications and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). Acts as a data processor.
  • Hosting / IT Provider: HubSpot Germany, used to host the landing page and securely store data. Acts as a data processor.

Before we disclose any personal data to other third parties than those listed above, we will explicitly ask for your consent. However, where we are legally obliged to disclose personal data without your consent, we will only disclose the personal data that is strictly necessary to fulfil our legal obligations.


4. International personal data transfers

Please note that some of the above-mentioned third parties may be located outside your country. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred to countries that do not provide the same level of protection as your own country.
