How to Claim Your Voucher

1. Buy an Eligible Product

• Purchase the HDB 630 between October 8th and October 31st, 2025.

2. Register Your Purchase*

• Visit our partner page at Activate OnDemand.
• Upload your order number, date of purchase and serial number to confirm your eligibility.

3. Voucher Delivery

• Once your return period has expired and your purchase is validated, you’ll receive your £30 voucher by email.

4. Choose Your Reward

• Pick the one that suits you best:
  • Spotify Premium
  • Apple Gift Card
  • Google Play Store

*When you redeem your reward voucher, you will be directed to a website run by Active on Demand Ltd. located in the United Kingdom. They will use the details you provide to check your eligibility, process your purchase, and send you your reward. Active on Demand is responsible for this information and handles it according to their Privacy Notice.

Active on Demand also works with Sonova Consumer Hearing to confirm if you qualify for the reward. To do this, they process certain details about you and your product (such as purchase ID and whether the product has been returned within 30 days of purchase). Sonova Consumer Hearing only use this information to confirm your eligibility.
