First ear buds

So far so good, great sound, easy to use the functions etc, plenty of sizes of the buds etc to choose from and sort for yourself. I've been out running in them and they certainly lighten the load. And they charge in the case without plugging in for a good while which is a cool function I didn't expect.

Took my money but never delivered the product and refused to help

I’m very dissatisfied. The product has never been received. It turned out that there was attempted delivery but the delivery note was left at the building door and never to my flat. I was at home at the time of delivery. I called sennheiser/ sonova customer service twice. First time I was told I should follow up with delivery company. The other time no one picked up the phone. I’ve sent two emails and no response. It is supplier’s obligation to make sure product is delivered and if not then follow up with delivery company. Sennheiser refused to do so despite my request. You’ve taken my money but never bother to deliver the product and sort out your issue ( with delivery company of your choice).
