Event Waitlist, Ticket Access & Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Promoter
These Terms and Conditions are operated by Sonova Consumer Hearing UK Ltd ("the Promoter", "we", "us", "our").
Eligibility
The waitlist and prize draw are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Event Waitlist
By joining the waitlist, you are requesting to be notified when tickets for the relevant event become available.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:
- Ticket availability
- Ticket reservation
- Ticket pricing
- Entry to the event
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis once released.
Ticket Fulfilment
Ticket sales are conducted solely by Fabric as the ticket seller and merchant of record.
When tickets are released, you will be directed to Fabric’s ticket purchase system. Any ticket purchase forms a contract between you and Fabric, not with the Promoter.
The Promoter does not process payments, issue tickets, or manage entry.
All ticketing matters, including payment, delivery, refunds, and entry conditions, are the responsibility of Fabric and are subject to their Terms and Conditions.
We may send notifications informing you when tickets become available, but we are not involved in the transaction itself.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to change event details including lineup, date, venue areas, or running times where reasonably necessary.
If an event is cancelled, ticket purchasers will be subject to the ticket seller's refund policy.
Prize Draw
Entrants may optionally enter the prize draw when joining the waitlist.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entries open on 15 July 2026 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on 22 July 2026.
Prize
One winner will receive one pair of Momentum 5 headphones.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Contact
The winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted via email.
If the winner does not respond within 30 days, a replacement winner may be selected.
Marketing Communications
Joining the event waitlist does not subscribe you to marketing.
You will only receive marketing emails if you actively opt in.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.
Advertising Audiences
If you choose to opt in, we may use your email address to show relevant advertisements to you on social media platforms.
This is optional and not required for event participation or prize draw entry.
Data Protection

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Inability to purchase tickets
- Technical failures
- Emails filtered as spam
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
General
We may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Ticketing Disputes
Any dispute relating to ticket purchase, payment processing, ticket delivery, entry refusal, refunds or venue policies must be directed to Fabric as the ticket seller under their applicable Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not a party to the ticket purchase contract and is not responsible for resolving ticketing disputes.

Marketing communications about products and services offered by Sonova (optional)
Email address, First name (if provided), Last name (if provided), Marketing consent status, Engagement data (such as email opens and clicks).

2. Sharing of Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed according to the instructions we provide to our employees who have received the necessary training in data protection and are subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
Your personal data may also be disclosed to:
- Other companies in our group, such as our subsidiaries, all of which are required to protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- Our business partners, contractors and third-party service providers (e.g. Lingaro (Poland), used to store signup data and send waitlist notifications and marketing communications; HubSpot Germany, used to host the landing page and securely store data). These third parties only process personal data that are strictly necessary for the services they provide to us, according to our instructions and in compliance with our privacy and security requirements.
- Other organisations and public bodies, supervisory and control authorities, including law enforcement agencies, where required by law.
If your personal data is transferred to countries that do not provide the same level of protection as your country, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws. These may include implementing adequate procedures, adopting technical and organisational safeguards, using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities and, where required, conducting transfer risk or impact assessments.

Sonova and Fabric will retain your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in Section 1. Where applicable law requires a longer retention period, we will retain your personal data for the period required by law.

- Personal data collected to manage your participation in the event will be retained for up to 12 months after the event, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for contractual or financial records.
- Personal data collected for marketing purposes will be retained until you withdraw your consent and, in any case, for no longer than 2 years.
- Personal data processed for personalised marketing will be retained until you withdraw your consent and, in any case, for no longer than 1 year.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data.
You may also object to the processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time.

Sonova Consumer Hearing UK acts as the Controller for the processing activities described below.

Consumer Hearing UK processes your personal data, for example your email address, first name, last name and country/region, for the following purposes:
- To administer the initiative for the awarding of prizes to the winners, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. To perform this purpose, the following personal data is necessary: name, surname, date of birth (to assign you to the correct competition category), and picture (required for authentication where applicable).
This activity is necessary to perform your request as part of the performance of the contract for participation in this raffle initiative for the awarding of prizes.
3. How We Share Your Personal Data
By using the above-mentioned service, your personal data may be shared on a limited basis with the following third-party service providers acting as our data processors:
- Email/CRM Provider – Lingaro: Used to store signup data and send waitlist notifications and marketing communications (where consent is provided). Acts as a data processor.
- Hosting/IT Provider – HubSpot Germany: Used to host the landing page and securely store data. Acts as a data processor.
Before we disclose any personal data to third parties other than those listed above, we will explicitly ask for your consent. Where we are legally required to disclose personal data without your consent, we will only disclose the information that is strictly necessary to fulfil our legal obligations.
4. International Personal Data Transfers
Some of the above-mentioned third parties may be located outside your country. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred to countries that do not provide the same level of protection as your own country.
In such cases, we will implement appropriate organisational, technical and legal safeguards to ensure the required level of protection in accordance with applicable law.
5. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
Personal data collected for the prize initiative will be deleted 4 weeks after the end of the raffle.
If applicable law or other regulations require a longer retention period, we will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil those legal obligations.
